I haven’t ridden a bike or went hiking in forever, and it has annoyed me greatly.  I went down to REI and bought a basic bike trainer, and setup a workout area in the basement the other day.  I attempted a workout on Friday and it went pretty well, though I had to stop after 35 minutes because my right leg was cramping too bad to continue.

However, I felt great afterwards.  I’m looking forward to doing it again soon ;)
