Sometimes it is so easy to get comfortable in your own world that it is hard to see beyond it to something bigger.

I tried to get a good shot of a lady bug, but I wasn’t fast enough with the camera. So, this is what you got. Enjoy ;)

Saturday Kija and I went down to Albuquerque to see the Scorpions lose to the Sun Dogs in overtime. However, before that, I stopped at a pull off up in the Jemez to take some shots of the East Fork Jemez River. I’ve been meaning to do this for the last few weeks, but I just never got around to it. The F-stop is a tad more narrow here than I really wanted, but I rather like it overall. I hope you enjoy.

An early update today. I’m currently working on adding a serial bootloader for my DSP board. This is a photo of the board. I designed pretty much everything you see here. This little guy runs at 120Mhz, and can sample up to 6 channels at 100,000 16 bit samples per second, or drive a signal out at up to 1Mhz with 16 bit resolution. It has been a good design.. first rev and there was only a few minor bugs.

Yeah, I almost missed it today, but here ya go. Keep an eye on those processor fans. I was having a problem with AMD OEM fans at one point, and it made for some fun.
